    Tere ilusat pühapäevaõhtut!
    Täna osalesin EMÜ Fitness Five võistlustel. Ettevalmistusest niipalju, et viimase nädalaga tõstsin väheke kaalu, kuna kükki ja surumist on suurema kaaluga kergem teha. Lisasin monohüdraadi menüüsse ning tõstsin ka väheke kaloraaži, viimase nädala keskmine 3165kcal. Lõuatõmmetele ja dipsidele minu puhul paar kilo kaalukõikumist väga midagi ei muuda. Ja lisaks proovisin eelmine reede korra kõik alad läbi vastavate raskustega. Võistluse võib kordaläinuks lugeda, kuna sain kõikidelt aladelt alavõidu ja kokkuvõttes ka siis esimene. Kaalumisel olid numbrid 76,1kg. Mehi oli võistlemas 15 ja naisi vist 11. Juurikat seekord polnud, muidu poleks asi vist nii rõõmus olnud <img decoding=” srcset=”/uploads/emoticons/biggrin@2x.png 2x” width=”20″ height=”20″>. Ega’s muud kui head vaatamist <img decoding=” srcset=”/uploads/emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x” width=”20″ height=”20″>

    Alad ja reeglid

    Fitness5 näol on tegu Rootsis juba 8 viimast aastat ülipopulaarse kombinatsioonvõistlusega, mis koosneb järgnevate võistlusalade sooritamisest korduste peale:
    • kangiga rinnaltsurumine – abivahendina lubatud magneesiumi kasutamine;
    • küünarvarte kõverdamine kangiga – abivahendina lubatud magneesiumi kasutamine;
    • kükk kangiga – abivahendina on lubatud magneesiumi kasutamine (erandiks põlvevigastuse korral rehab side vigastatud põlvel);
    • lõuatõmbed – abivahendina lubatud magneesiumi kasutamine;
    • triitsepsi surumine rööbaspuudel – abivahendina lubatud magneesiumi kasutamine. Võitjad selgitatakse välja viie ala kokkuvõttes.

    Naised sooritavad kangiga rinnaltsurumist 0,6 x kehakaaluga, küünarvarte kõverdamist kangiga 0,3 x kehakaaluga ning kükivad kangiga, tõmbavad lõuga ja suruvad rööbaspuudel triitsepsit 1 x kehakaaluga. Mehed sooritavad kangiga rinnaltsurumist 1x kehakaaluga, küünarvarte kõverdamist kangiga 0,5 x kehakaaluga, kükivad kangiga 1,5 x kehakaaluga ning tõmbavad lõuga ja suruvad rööbaspuudel triitsepsit 1 x kehakaaluga. Kui osalejate arv eelregistreerumisel on üle 15´ne, toimub vähemalt 2 ala paralleelselt. Tutvu ametlike Fitness5 reeglitega.

    Autasustamine

    Autasustatakse esikolmikut naiste arvestuses ja meeste arvestuses. Liidetakse kokku kõikide alade kordused ning see, kellel on kõige rohkem korduseid kirjas, võidab. Kui võistlejatel on lõpptulemuseks võrdne punktiseis, võidab see, kellel on rohkem alavõite. Kui võistlejatel on ühe alaga sooritatud sama arv korduseid, võidab see, kes kaalub rohkem. Sama kordustearvuga alasiseselt ning võrdse arvu alavõitudega võidab sportlane, kes kaalub enim.

    Iga osavõistluse 3 parimat meest ja naist pääsevad edasi finaali, mis leiab aset 15. juunil Tallinnas Spordiklubis Sparta. Kui esikolmikust mõni võistleja finaali tulla ei saa, siis loovutab ta sellega enda finaalikoha oma võistluskategoorias 4´nda koha omanikule. Kui nt 2 võistlejat esikolmikust ei osale finaalis, siis pääsevad edasi ka 4´nda ja 5´nda koha omanikud, jne.

    Finaalis võisteldakse üldreeglite järgi ning parimaid autasustatakse medalite ja karikatega. Suurima punktisumma omanik viib endaga kaasa Fitness5 rändkarika. Rändkarikas antakse edasi võistlejale, kes järgmisena suudab finaalvõistlusel ületada eelneva rändkarikaomaniku punktisumma. Eeldus on, et eelneva aasta võitja osaleb käesoleva aasta võistlustel. Kui rändkarika omanik ei tule oma tiitlit kaitsma, siis läheb rändkarikas käesoleva aasta suurima punktisumma kogunud sportlase kätte. Finaali võitjad pääsevad suve teisel poolel Eestit esindama Rootsis aset leidvale Fitness 5´i rahvusvahelisele finaalvõistlusele.

    Finaali reeglites võib ette tulla jooksvaid muudatusi. Sellekohane informatsioon edastatakse finalistidele personaalselt ja koheselt peale muudatuste kinnitusi.

    Peaauhinnad panevad välja Fitness.ee, Spordiklubi Sparta, Mybody.ee ja Jeunesse Global.

    Loodame, et kangiga biitsepsit tehes on eesmärk ikka biitsa tugevust demonstreerida ja mitte õla esiosa, nagu see tüüp videos tegi. <img decoding=” srcset=”/uploads/emoticons/biggrin@2x.png 2x” width=”20″ height=”20″>

    Fitness Fives ongi olnud selline reegel, et biitsa tehes peab kangiga lõua ära puudutama ja peab paratamatulr küünarnukke tõstma. Samal ajal ülaselg ja tuhar peavad vastu tuge olema:)

    Crossfiti on tore vaadata küll, aga ennast küll kaasa ei kutsu tegema <img decoding=” srcset=”/uploads/emoticons/biggrin@2x.png 2x” width=”20″ height=”20″>

    Fitness Five’i võiks teha crossfit editionisse – oleks päris huvitav. <img decoding=” srcset=”/uploads/emoticons/wink@2x.png 2x” width=”20″ height=”20″>

    Fitness preview by IFBB // Mr Andrew Michalak

    2013 IFBB WORLD WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHISP – KIEV, UKRAINE

    THE FITNESS WORLD COMES TO KIEV !!!

    by Andrew Michalak

    Amazing numbers come from the Organizing Committee of the upcoming IFBB Women’s Worlds in Kiev, Ukraine: nearly 300 athletes have been nominated to these Championships by 40 countries!

    It is an outstanding progress, compared to 148 athletes (38 countries) in 2011 and 180 athletes (38 countries) in 2012. What’s interesting, the number of nominated athletes has grown up in almost all categories, with the biggest expansion of bikini fitness, where there are around 30 competitors in each class.

    Ukrainian Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation has already organized many IFBB bodybuilding and fitness international events, including European Women’s Championships (twice), European Juniors and Masters Championships, the first Elite Tour, the first Euro Games and the first Ladies World Cup. Now they start with their first world championships.

    The venue of the 2013 Women’s Worlds will be the Exhibition Center “ACCO International”. As the name suggests, the Championships will be accompanied with the EXPO, what is a common practice at the current big sport events, especially in physique sports, where food supplements, training equipment and sport apparels are offered. National Teams will be accommodated in the Bratislava Hotel, which was also used during the April’s Ladies World Cup.

    What is new, this year’s Championships will include 20 categories, compared to 12 categories last year in Bialystok. And this is despite the reduction of women’s bodybuilding from two to one open class. But one more bikini fitness class (up to 158 cm) has been added and a couple of new sports:

    – Women’s physique (two categories: up to 163 cm and over 163 cm)
    – Men’s physique (two categories: up to 178 cm and over 178 cm)
    – Women’s athletic fitness (two categories: up to 163 cm and over 163 cm)

    It means that 9 new categories will be run at these Championships. IFBB has grown in an amazing tempo!

    The Championships will start on September 13, 2013 (Friday) with weigh-in and registration as well as technical meetings. Prejudging (two sessions) on Saturday and Finals (one session) on Sunday.

    BodyPower is proud to announce the introduction of an IFBB Pro Show at the 2014 expo.

    In a major coup for the ever-evolving BodyPower Expo, the official IFBB sanctioned BodyPower Pro will be the only pro show taking place in the UK.

    After five successful years, the loyal BodyPower following has grown accustomed to seeing amateur competitions featured within the UK’s number one fitness expo. For the sixth installment, BodyPower has taken it up a notch with the BodyPower Pro, taking center stage within the three-day fitness phenomena.

    “Bodybuilding has always been big in the UK,” IFBB Professional League president Jim Manion said. “There has been a long history of great champions competing in England and next year the IFBB Pro League is proud to keep that tradition alive with the BodyPower Pro.”

    The BodyPower Pro is set to feature an exciting and varied, three class line-up. Visitors can expect to see top names from the world of bodybuilding battling it out in the 212 class, figure, and for the first time ever in the UK, the pro wheelchair class.

    The addition of the pro wheelchair class is a proud moment in the history of the expo. As an industry leader and the UK’s number one fitness expo, BodyPower is a strong advocate for ‘fitness for all’ and supports the notion that disability is no obstacle to achieving your goals.

    BodyPower CEO, Nick Orton commented on the announcement: “The introduction of a pro show into the expo program is fantastic news for our visitors. The size of the show and its following has snowballed year on year, justifying the need to take the offering to the next level. The BodyPower Pro will certainly do that!”

    Spectators can also expect an additional line-up of world renowned open competitors, who will take to the stage for a series of guest posings throughout the BodyPower Pro. Prejudging will take place during the day of Friday, May 16 and will be accessible to the expo visitors. The finals of the eagerly anticipated BodyPower Pro will take place on the Saturday evening, an event that will be ticketed separately from the day’s expo.For more information on the BodyPower Pro call 01926 485423 or email info@bodypowerexpo.co.uk.
