    Tere, kas on võimalik arvutada keskmise pulsisageduse ja treeninguks kulunud aja abil kokku kulutatud kalorid?

    On olemas pulsikell aga kaloreid see kahjuks ei näita.

    Guugeldada oskad, siis leiad 1 minutiga sellise valemi:

    Men use the following formula:

    Calories Burned = [(Age x 0.2017) + (Weight x 0.09036) + (Heart Rate x 0.6309) — 55.0969] x Time / 4.184.

    Ei tea küll, kui õige see on, aga miks ma mitte.

    Määrava tähtsusega on VO2max ehk keha võime hapnikku tarbida. Seda teades saab kasutada ka täpsemaid valemeid:

    For Male, Calorie Burned = ((-95.7735 + (0.634 × HR) + (0.404 × VO2 max) + (0.394 × W) + (0.271 × A)) / 4.184) × 60 × T For Female, Calorie Burned = ((-59.3954 + (0.45 × HR) + (0.380 × VO2 max) + (0.103 × W) + (0.274 × A)) / 4.184) × 60 × T Where, HR = Heart Rate W = Weight in kilograms A = Age VO2 max = Maximal oxygen consumption (in mL kg-1 min-1) T = Exercise duration time in hours
