    olen proovinud fasti kreatiinmonohüdraati, Tai Kanei kreatiintsitraati ja Universal Creatine Chewsi.

    Kõige paremat mõju tundsin just viimase puhul, pealegi on neid “nätse” väga mõnus kasutada.
