Tere ! Leidsin FLEXist ühe toreda 8 nädalase õlakava(k.a. trapets) . Endal 2 nädalat läbi ja tundub , et see on tõesti hea kava. Kava asub aadressil http://www.zone.ee/nutrition/Operation.rar
