Welcome to “Norway Open 2010” – Amateur competition in Bodybuilding and

Bodyfitness. The competition is arranged by The Norwegian Bodybuilding and

PRIZE MONEY

The total amount is for the moment NOK 45.000,- divided between the different classes!

Prejudging starts at 10.00 hrs – Finals start at 15.00 hrs

The competition is arranged and the rules are set by IFBB/EFBB and NKF.

Fitness categories:

Women Bodyfitness Debutant / New beginners (competing for the first time or never been top 3)

Women Bodyfitness up to 163 cm

Women Bodyfitness over 163 cm

Men Athletic Fitness up to 180 cm

Men Athletic Fitness over 180 cm

Women Athletic Fitness up to 165 cm

Women Athletic Fitness over 165 cm

(It have to be at least 3 competitors in each height category, or the class will be one open class)

The Athletic Fitness category will include following strength exercises before the symmetry round:

· 1 minute rowing

· 1 minute pause

· 1 minute dips

SCORING:

Rowing counts as 25 % of the total score

Dips count as 25 % of the total score

Symmetry round 2 counts as 25 % of the total score

Symmetry round 3 counts as 25 % of the total score
