    Evan Centopani is 12 days away from his Mr Olympia debut September 27-30 in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this video “The Ox” trains chest with fellow bodybuilder Marc-Antoine Andrade. Some have said that Centopani’s chest is a weak point. After seeing this video, that assumption may be a thing of the past. This is the first part of a two part video series.

    It’s final stretch and my training with coach Eric DiLauro is going more than great! Thanks for my nutritionist Iris Kyle, My condition is no doubt the best I have ever achieve. We are very excited to step on the stage and our goal is top 6 no less!
