Mida on vaja teha?

    Selle burgeri-teema kohta, arvan ma nii, et kui valida burger või valida mitte-midagi, siis kasulikum on valida burger. See burger tagab tõenäoselt selle, et ei hakata keha lammutama energia saamise eesmärgil.

    Ei vaidle vastu. Aga vaata seda lugedes võib iga inimene omad järeldused teha.

    Näiteks. “Ah ei viitsi süüa teha. Aga fitnessis CharlesRoos ju ütles et parem burger kui mittemidagi, lähen võtan ühe Big Mac eine.” <img decoding=” srcset=”/uploads/emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x” width=”20″ height=”20″>

    Arvesta siit, palju macis eined sisaldavad.

    Aga kas ma saan neid süsivesikuid kusagilt toidust või peab eraldi hakkama lisandit võtma?

    kui sa teed peale trenni sheigi omale, siis olgu lisaks valkudele ka süsikad(maltodekstriin või glükoos) sees. Ülejäänud ajal saad süsivesikud tavalisest toidust!!

    Mis siin toimub, tüübil pole toitumisest mingit arusaamist ja teie soovitate talle lisaks veel ajada ka toidulisandeid näost sisse :o

    Siia spetsialistide foorumisse on alati mitte-treenerid ka vastanud, ma ei pannud isiklikult vastamise ajal näiteks tähelegi, et tegu “Küsi S…lt” foorumiga on. Moderaatorid võiks siis selgelt siin miskit ette võtta, et pange hoiatused kõigile selles foorumis postitajatele, teavitage reeglid üle aeg-ajalt vms. Praegu on kaos, et tohib siis burksist siin edasi arutleda nüüd või ei tohi, ja ka uuemad teemad siin alam-foorumis, kreatiinist, ka seal tahaks konsultatsiooni anda, sh ka burksidest rääkides. Et tohib siis või ei tohi?

    In one of the World Strongman events shown on TV Mariusz when asked about diet said: “I eat everything”. When one of Polish TV stations showed his home, there were some supplements bottles in the kitchen, which he described in a few words. So he usually does not follow any particular diet, but takes supplements. Therefore the diet described below must be only exemplary.

    Pudzianowski commenting on his diet, “My energy comes from my diet. Breakfast is 10 eggs and 2-3 pounds of bacon. Between meals, I eat lots of candy. I need it for energy. Lunch, at 1 or 2 p.m., is a double meal of a Polish pork chop, sauerkraut and potatoes.

    An hour later, I work out, then take lots of supplements: magnesium, creatine, amino acids, all that stuff, and more chocolate.

    Dinner is whatever meat I can get: steaks, pork chops, bacon, plus more sauerkraut and potatoes. [After I work out] I have a protein shake and more chocolate.”
