2012 LODED CUP: POLOCZEK WINS OVER HAVLIK

After two-year break Loaded Cup returned and in a big style!. Contest promoter and physique sports enthusiast Stellan Bossen put in this event all his energy and a lot of money (total prize money was nearly EUR 11 000) but the contest attracted nearly 90 athletes from 14 countries, compared to 30 athletes in 2009. Moreover, he managed to bring to this event as guest posers and seminar lecturers so famous stars as the current Mr. Olympia Phil Heath, top 202 category bodybuilder James Flex Lewis, top pro bodyfitness star Larissa Reis and former pro champion Dennis James.

The following champions won the amateur bodybuilding categories: Ismael Borucou (70 kg), Thomas Askeland (80 kg), Ott Kiivikas (90 kg), Stefan Havlik (100 kg) and Paul Poloczek (+100 kg). Then they met in the overall battle and it brought the sensational victory to Poloczek, over the 2012 Arnold Amateur overall winner Stefan Havlik. Poloczek showed perfect body condition, with sharp definition, while Havlik was a bit too smooth, especially in the thigh area.

The next top star was Denmark’s Kristina Dybdahl, an experienced bodyfitness athlete who decided to try a new sport this time: women’s classic bodybuilding, which is often included at the Nordic countries contests. Kristina displayed amazing quality and wonderful posing routine, performed with body and soul.

Bikini fitness was dominated by the next Icelandic beauty: Adalheidur Yr Olafsdottir and bodyfitness: by Norwegian star Vibeke Hermansen.

Loaded Cup was the first IFBB international contest with official inauguration of a new sport: athletic fitness. This time only men competed and the best one was the well-known Swedish athlete Ako Rahim, who also won a demonstration performance at the 2011 World Classic Bodybuilding Championships in Tallinn, Estonia. It seems that Ako will be a favourite of the first Athletic Fitness European Championships in Santa Susanna.

The best bodybuilders from bodyweight categories fighting for the overall title (from L): Ott Kiivikas (90 kg), Soren Moller (+100 kg), Magnus Samuelsson (100 kg), Stefan Havlik (100 kg) and Paul Poloczek (+100 kg).

And this battle was successful for Paul Poloczek (Germany), who was perfectly prepared, with striated muscles and super overall body proportions.

The 80 kg category winner Thomas Askeland (Norway) also showed top muscle quality and low bodyfat level.

Hard and dry 90 kg category winner Ott Kiivikas (Estonia).

100 kg category winner Stefan Havlik was not so sharp as at the recent Arnold Amateur Championships in Columbus, Ohio, USA.

Outstanding body structure of Paul Poloczek.

Iceland’s bikini star Adalheidur Yr Olafsdottir was unbeatable in Ringsted also.

Feminine and charming Kristine Dybdahl won the women’s classic bodybuilding division.
