lugesin just selle kohta. kurikuulsaim sellistest dieetidest pidavat olema Atkinsi dieet, aga räägiti, et on ka olemas selliseid, mis tõesti töötavad ja ei ole kehale kahjulikud. oodatud on kõik arvamused selle kohta.

The “classic” ketogenic diet contains a 4:1 ratio by weight of fat to combined protein and carbohydrate. You’re overthinking things. You’re trying to integrate a macronutrient ratios into a ketogenic diet and that’s just not how things work. This is a different way of doing things; treat it differently.
It takes anywhere from 24 to 48 or so hours for your body to kick into a ketogenic state… meaning it’s burning the fat for energy. Just fasting from carbs might do something for you, but if you’re getting too many carbs still from other sources (vegetables, fruit, dairy), then you’re body isn’t going to kick into a ketogenic state. Less than 20g ###### pretty much everyone into ketosis. Once you try it for awhile and know your body, you can figure out how many carbs you can eat and still lose weight/maintain/etc. Some people can eat upwards of 50g of carbs and be in ketosis, but you have to know your body first.
Being in ketosis is effective, but it’s really easy for you to fuck it up and say it’s not working if you don’t have enough information or don’t understand it. 90% of the time, people are just not doing it right or are eating to many carbs. Which, the carbs you do eat, really should come from vegetables or something with really high fiber content that is healthy. Eating a bit of Snickers might have less than 20g of carbs, but it is a fucking shitty and retarded thing to do.

Membernii, nüüd tuleb küsimus. põhinedes http://site.matthewsfriends.org/index.php?…tting-started-2 lingile, on toodud ära toiduained, mida tuleks tarvitada.
koostasin menüü:
Hommik: kolme munaga omlett, hapukoort, 400ml piimaga kakaod.
Teine eine: Tuunikala õlis, kurgi-tomati salat hapukoorega, vesi
Kolmas eine: Kanafilee majoneesiga, võib-olla määrin siis võiga samuti (millist võid siin kasutada?)
Neljas eine: omlett jälle, vesi, pähklivõid paar lusikat.
Viies eine: kodujuust, tuunikala, vesi
mainin ära ka, et dieedi vältel tarbin ka omega-3 rasvu, vitamiinitablette, rohelist teed ja väga kaua ei tahaks hoida menüüd sellisena, kuni kuu aega ehk?
kas on tulemusi (rasva % langemist) oodata või olen totaalselt valesti aru saanud millestki?
