    Närvisüsteemi treenimine ja arendamine ongi osadele raskem. Kui peale trenni on toss väljas, siis järelikult pingutus tõmbas aku päris tühjaks.
    Ajapikku peaks aku võimekus ja kestvus paranema.

    Not only do the number of motor units have an impact on your ability to generate strength, but the rate at which you activate motor units plays a role as well. This is referred to as rate coding, and the faster you activate motor units, the quicker you generate strength. Athletes with high levels of rate coding are often referred to as explosive, and this is a quality demanded by many sports, from track to mixed martial arts.

    No ma ei tea, 5×5 kykki pluss 5x5rinnalev6ttu v6taks paljudelt une ma arvan. Minul isiklikult lykkaks selline asi totaalselt pildi tasku. Eeldusel et neid harjutusi tyhja kangiga ei tehta. Selline tapmine n6uab ikka pikemat harjumist. Kui oled algaja siis muidugi on raskused madalad ja ei oska ka endast maksimumi v6tta, siis v6ib igast pulli teha.Aga nagu ma aru saan on sull treeningstaazh ysna pikk ja eeldatavasti raskused soliidsed…
