The IFBB has released its new rules for all IFBB categories, in seeking to continue growing and improving the practice of our sport.
You can check now all the new rules on the IFBB website ‘Rules’ tab.
Hmm. And this is what these new divisions – included in these new rules – looks like – women’s and men’s fit model.

Following the recent upgrade of the IFBB categories rules and due to improving the practice of our sport, the IFBB has launched its new rules for Women’s Physique. Also to improve the practice of the Men’s Physique athlete, the IFBB has launched new infographics.
