Normal green tea itself may contain more caffeine than coffee, but the length of infusion with hot water and the amount of time you use the green tea leaves can greatly reduce your caffeine intake. Experiments have shown after the first 5 minutes of brewing, Green Tea contains 32 mg caffeine. But if the same leaves are then used for a second and then a third five minute brew, the caffeine drops to 12 mg and then 4 mg.
Tea also contains theanine and the stimulant caffeine at about 3% of its dry weight, translating to between 30 mg and 90 mg per 8 oz (250 ml) cup depending on type, brand and brewing method. Although tea contains more caffeine than coffee, a typical serving contains much less, as tea is normally brewed much weaker.

MemberTeedega on üks selline naljakas asi ,et kui teha lahja tee siis see mõjub rahustavalt aga kui teha kange tee(droogi) siis see mõjub ergutavalt!

Memberma olen täheldand, et roheline tee hoiab keha pikalt soojana olenemata kohvis sisalduvast suuremast kofeiini kogusest.
Milline on seos sooja tunde ja kaalu langetuse vahel?
Et kui põlemisprotsessi lisada NOS-i, põlemine aktiviseerub, soojust eraldub rohkem, aktiivsem keskond nõuab rohkem energiat, bensiin NOS koostoimel väljastab rohkem energiat.
Kas kuidagi nii võiks protsessist aru saada?

Roheline tee pidi just pikas pespektiivis keha külmemaks muutma ja must soojemaks. Mingi hiinameditsiini värk, et roheline annab külma energiat ja must sooja ning sellepärast pidi neid sama palju jooma.

Green tea is claimed to have possible health benefits. The healthful properties of green tea are largely attributed to their unfermented leaves and high concentration of polyphenols, chemicals with powerful antioxidant properties, which also gives it is slight bitter taste. Polyphenols’ antioxidant effects are said to be greater than that of vitamin Cs. Antioxidants work to neutralize free radicals, which are damaging compunds that are natural produced in the body or by environmental toxins, and prevents their damaging actions
Green tea has also been used in traditional Chinese and Indian medicine as a stimulant, diuretic, astringent, for health problems, flatulence, regulating body temperature and blod sugar, digestion and mental processes.
The primary mechanism of action of green tea is the catechins in green tea stimulate thermogenesis and fat oxidation by inhibition of catechol O-methyl-transferase (COMT). Catechol O-methyl-transferase (COMT) is an enzyme that degrades norepinephrine (NE), a stress hormone that releases stored energy from fat.
There has also been a noticeable increase of the metabolic rate and fat oxidation in humans in the short-term.
However, scientific studies have proven that green tea does not help people to lose tremendous weight without diet or exercise.
Niisiis, keda huvitab ja lugeda ei viitsi, siis roheline tee on väga palju uuritud ja järele testitud nö rasvapõletus aine.
Kindel on see, et ta aitab kiirendada seedimist, on väga antioksüdantide rikas(isegi rohkem neid kui C vitamiinis). However, it cannot solely be cannot be attributed to its caffeine content because the thermogenic effect of green tea is greater than an equivalent amount of caffeine. Studies have shown that green tea has thermogenic properties beyond that of caffeine’s content. Therefore, green tea, containing tea catechins and caffeine, acts at various steps of modulatory pathways, that is, via phosphodiesterase, and via catechol O-methyl-transferase (COMT), and in this way exerts a thermogenic and possibly an anti obesity effect (Diepvens, 2007).
