    söögisoodaga saab ka kõige kõvemini sisse kõrbenud pannid puhtaks, ometigi kasutatakse seda pannkookide tegemisel.

    Päris nii ei saa, et kui kodukeemias on kõva sõna, siis toituainetes ei tohi kasutada.

    Makeupiga on ju sama, purustatakse mardikaid et teatud toone saada ja sada muud imet. Ma arvan et meigi näkku toppimine on hullem kui coca cola zero joomine.

    Samas soovitan samuti mahlu juua..

    Isiklikult limonaad jms ei maitse, aga saan aru kui mõni on coca colast sõltuvuses ning soovib tavalisele cocale alternatiivi leida.

    Ma ei tea ja ega ei tahagi eriti teada, mida need naised kõik sinna näkku topivad. Söögisooda ja pannkookidega on sama lugu.

    Why Diet Sodas Are Not Healthy

    Many people think they are making a smart choice by choosing diet soda because they have no calories or sugar. Well, you may be surprised to learn that there are ingredients in diet soda that are, hands-down, worse for your health than sugar, so you are by no means doing yourself a favor.

    Here’s a breakdown of some of the worst offenders:

    • Aspartame: This chemical is used as a sugar substitute in diet soda. There are over 92 different health side effects associated with aspartame consumption including brain tumors, birth defects, diabetes, emotional disorders and epilepsy/seizures.

    • Acesulfame-K: Another artificial sweetener, on which testing has been scant and some studies show the additive may cause cancer.

    • Splenda: An artificial sweetener that may destroy up to 50 percent of your healthy intestinal bacteria, which are necessary to help maintain your body’s overall balance of friendly versus unfriendly micro-organisms, and support your general health.

    What Else is Lurking in Your Can of Soda?

    The average American drinks more than 60 gallons of soft drinks each year, and whether it’s diet or regular, the following ingredients are part of what you’re slurping down:

    • Phosphoric Acid: This is added to give soda its characteristic “bite,” but it can also interfere with your body’s ability to use calcium, leading to osteoporosis or softening of your teeth and bones.

    • Caffeine: Caffeinated drinks cause jitters, insomnia, high blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, elevated blood cholesterol levels, vitamin and mineral depletion, breast lumps, birth defects, and perhaps some forms of cancer.

    • Sodium Benzoate: This common preservative found in many soft drinks has been shown to cause DNA damage. It actually has the ability to switch off vital parts of your DNA, which could eventually lead to diseases such as cirrhosis of the liver and Parkinson’s.

    • Benzene: Benzene, a cancer-causing chemical, is able to form in beverages that contain vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and the preservatives sodium benzoate or potassium benzoate. Exposure to heat and light can trigger the formation.

    While the federal limit for benzene in drinking water is 5 parts per billion (ppb), researchers have found benzene levels as high as 79 ppb in some soft drinks, and of 100 brands tested, most had at least some detectable level of benzene present.

    It’s because of these harmful ingredients, along with the fact that one can of regular soda has about 10 teaspoons of sugar, that soda remains on my list of the five absolute worst foods and drinks you can consume.

    Coca cola sees on roostes mutreid lahti leotatud ja kunagi tehti katse, pandi cola sisse piimahammas ööseks ja hommikuks hammast enam ei olnud <img decoding=” srcset=”/uploads/emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x” width=”20″ height=”20″>

    Torusiili joomist ei ole kuulnud, küll aga tarbitakse päris palju süütevedelikku :huh:

    Kusjuures seda WC puhastamise trikki õpetati sellises popis saates nagu “Täiuslik koduperenaine” :eek:

    …et kui wc ikka väga võimatult…kalk jne rikutud on, siis parim vahend on Coca Cola. Ma loodan, et see loodust väga ei reosta, kui ta juba sissevõtmiseks müügil on :huh:

    Selle hamba jutule ma vaidlex sipa vastu, ise ka kunagi kuulsin seda, et kui hammas öösex panna coca-colasse siis lagundab hamba ära. Mythbustersid tegid sama katse ning hommikul oli hammas ikka alles

    Jep. Mõõdukus on see, mis loeb. Väiksed kogused ei tee kunagi halba, kui just mingeid allergiaid või muid tundlikkusi ei ole.

    Minu arust näitab see veel rohkem selgroogu, kui ei hakata iga uue artikli peale hõiskama ning oma arvamusi ümber muutma.

    Neid toitumisalaseid artikleid tuleb teatud perioodide tagant nagu seeni peale vihma. Ma jään esialgu kogenud treenerite ja spetsialistide (mingil määral) juttu uskuma ning järgima. Ning kuigi mitte keegi ei soovita suurtes kogustes ega regulaarselt neid keemijooke tarbida, siis mitte keegi ei mõista 100% hukka nende tarvitamist harvadel juhtudel ning kui tarbitakse mõõdukalt.

    Ma nüüd ei väida, et artkleid ei peaks lugema ning ajaga kaasas käima. Muidugi peaks, kuid seda tuleks kõike teha mõistvalt ning rahulikult. Ning kahjuks ei saa paljudel teemadel mitte midagi kindlat väita, kuna enda näol on raske osasid asju järgi proovida ja tõestada. Paljud inimesed aga loevad läbi paar artiklit ning on kohe 100% veendud ning asuvad kohe kampaaniaid korraldama.

    Paljude selliste toitude ja jookide liialdamine menüüs avaldab toimet alles aastate pärast ning ka siis ei saa alati tõestada, et need asjad olid selles süüdi.

    Õige on muidugi mitte hakata riskima ja eksperimenteerima ning lootma, et mulle mõju ei avalda. Kuigi kahjulikkus on mingil määral vaieldav siis kasulikkust neist jookidest vaevalt saab. Peale janu kustutamise.

    Ma lihtsalt ei hakka ühtegi toodet 100% boikoteerima, sest väidetakse miskites uuringutes, et pikas perspektiivis on toode kahjulik. Ma ei usu ealeski, et paar pudelit coca’t nädalas kellegi eluiga või kvaliteeti lühendama hakkab, kui just mingeid vastunäidustusi ei esine.

    Samuti ei lõpeta ma enda Tee sisse suhkru panemist kui teen seda korra või kaks nädalas. Suhkur ju ka paha. Sama ka soolaga.

    Tegelt kui aus olla siis ma võtan parem aasta võrra lühendatud elu-ea aga luba endale teinekord üht ja teist paremat.
