In 2016 Ben Weider Legacy Cup will be held in Finland, as a part of the Nordic Fitness Expo, at 8th – 9th October.
Over all winners in men’s BB, WPD and men’s physique classes will be awarded with the IFBB pro card.
There will be also CBB classes but at this point in is not sure yet if the over all winner can turn pro in this new classic physique – pro category.
Men’s BB is scheduled for Saturday at the main stage, other classes on Sunday at Expo stage.
Also body fitness and bikini fitness classes are included!

The 1st. Ben Wider Legacy Cup in Lahti will take place in to the 20th Anniversary of Nordic Fitness Expo (NFE); the biggest IFBB competition event in Northern Europe with contest like IFBB Nordic Pro (Men’s Pro Bodybuilding and Pro Bikini), Finnish National Championships and many other sports. There will be more than 20.000 visitors and the trade show is spread for three exhibition halls with four stages.
