Alicia Coates continued her fantastic debut season in figure pro ranks by winning the IFBB Felicia Romero Classic yesterday, Brooke Erickson placed 2nd and Krista Dunn 3rd. Kevin Jordan (B:cool:, Elissa Martis (Figure), Janet Layug (bikini), John Arterberry (men’s physique), Victoria Dominguez (FB:cool: and Kelli Schrader (women’s physique) take the over all title at the biggest amateur show in US, NPC nationals, and were awarded – like + 30 other athletes – with the IFBB pro status. Even if the season is reaching its end, still some amateur shows have been held during the weekend. The show called GP Jalex Krnov took place In Czech Republic. David Ulbricht won the men’s BB over all while Nikol Studnařová celebrated the victory in women’s BF and Eleni Akritidu in bikini.

Finnish national bikini over all champion, 6th placer at the 2013 IFBB World Championships and 2013 Arnold Classic Europe class winner Sara Back turns pro, shares the newest issue of BODY magazine. We will see if she makes her pro debut at 2014 Nordic Pro Championships, would be logical!

Treningsforum.no shares some pro news from Norway; the IFBB World Bikini Champion Christina Strøm Fjære turns pro and becomes first ever Norwegian bikini pro athlete. According to the short interview by Treningsforum, she plans to make her pro debut this year in Europe and compete at the EVL Prague Pro and Nordic Pro held in Finland.

Bikini pros competed during this weekend as well at the Battle Of The Beach. Janet Layug, 2013 NPC nationals over all winner, who debuted at the 2014 Bikini International, took top honors here, her first ever pro win and qualified for the 2014 Bikini Olympia.

Toronto Pro caught lot of attention during the weekend but besides that contest also a few other pro shows were held in the US.

Bikini pros competed at the Dennis James Classic. Angela Marquez took the top honors here. Lacey DeLuca placed 2nd and Jessica Arevalo took 3rd.
