    Some of the latest athlete updates;

    Team Menace athlete Lionel Beyeke 6 weeks out of the Arnold Classic Brazil at 272lbs. Lionel finally found the formula that works for him. He is super determined to do everything possible to finally fulfill his great potential. I think keeping him leaner in offseason helped tremendously and he says he feels much better and is looking forward to the final 6 of dieting.

    Baito Abbaspour 7 weeks out of the Pro Arnold Classic Rio, Brazil. Baito’s goal was to get a little bigger and I think we got the size on him, now it’s time to rip it up for the next 7 weeks

    Team Menace athlete Lionel Beyeke 6 weeks out vs 5 weeks out. Lionel is getting better every week and he is pushing it hard with a strict diet, intense workouts and double cardio sessions. He wants to prove to everybody that he is not only full of potential, he is busting his butt to display it this year…

    IFBB Pro’s Jon Delarosa & Marco Rivera can often be found training together, whether or not they’re filming a video for Muscular Development. This time, we caught up with them as they were training back & chest. At the time, Jon was 4 weeks out from the 2014 Arnold Classic Brazil, while Marco was 7 weeks out from the New York Pro.

    Breaking news!!!!!
    Baito Abbaspour who is 3 weeks out of the Arnold Classic in Rio has finally listened to us and announces that he decided to jump into the 212 category after this last open show. I believe that Baito will do some serious damage in the 212 and I can’t wait to withess the first show he enters. – DJ

    Ben Pakulski is the newest member of Team Scitec. Last week he worked in the SCITEC booth at FIBO 2014. Ben is preparing for Arnold Brasil so he couldn’t allow himself to miss a workout even after the long tiring expo days. Check out how he trained back and arms with his teammate Matt Burzacott!

    Less than one week to go.

    Dennis James shares some updates of his athletes, both pro & am //

    Lionel Beyeke 1 week out. The very carb depleted Lionel is still in great spirit. He knows that there is suffering involved and he is taking it like a champ. We will deplete him until he gets to Brazil on Wednesday morning and then all we need to do is dry him out and get him to stay as full as possible. Knowing how Lionel will respond to certain things the final week I’m sure that we will see a great Lionel on that stage Saturday April 26th

    post-6888-0-68850500-1398084139_thumb.jp

    A very carb depleted Jose Luis Rodriquez Oyola 1 week out of the 2014 Amateur Arnold Classic in Rio De Janeiro. Jose is already at his best ever but I promised him that next week he will shock himself. He will arrive Rio Tuesday morning and then it’s time for us to do the final touches with carbing him up and drying him out at the same time. Look for Jose to do real well in Brazil.

    post-6888-0-85867200-1398084178_thumb.jp

    Julio Balestrin 1 week out of his pro debut at the Arnold Classic Brazil. Last years Amateur Arnold Brazil overall winner Julio is anxious to get on stage in his home country. He is ready to mix it up with the big league and get his feet wet at his first ever pro contest.
    The final week we will dedicate to condition and mor fullness. If you know Julio then you know that condition won’t be an issue at all so we will focus on getting him a bit fuller while he’s getting harder and drier.

    Baito Abbaspour 10 days out of the Arnold Classic Brazil. Baito added some size and now it’s only a matter of dialing it in. The Arnold Brazil will be his last open Men show and after this weekend it’s on to the 212 in order to stir things up a bit.
