At 4 weeks out from the Arnold Classic 2014, IFBB Pro Bodybuilders Branch Warren and Johnnie O. Jackson continue to impress the masses with their hardcore work ethic. This time the dynamic duo perform a balls-to-the-walls back workout at the MetroFlex that takes it to a level not many can compare or compete with – pro or amateur.Branch is Gaspari Nutrition’s newest athlete. In the background you’ll hear him giving his thoughts on Rich Gaspari. You’ll also get to hear MetroFlex owner Brian Dobson giving his thoughts on both Branch and Johnnie still being two of the hardest workers in the IFBB after all these years.
