2006 EURO ELITE CHAMPIONS TOUR
A series of bodybuilding tournaments called “EURO ELITE CHAMPIONS TOUR” (E²CT) will be started in 2006 by the EBFF.
The TOUR will include about a dozen of events to be held in different European towns and countries. The TOUR events will comprise of one open category of men elite bodybuilding champions.
Competitors will be awarded prize money. For each tournament the total prize money will be minimum EUR 10 000. The total prize money for the whole TOUR will be over EUR 150 000.
In this E²CT can participate those athletes with permission of their National Federation and the valid Euro Elite Champions Tour license.
These are invitational events. The line-up of minimum 15 participants will be composed of the host country athletes and athletes from the other countries. Each invited athlete will be provided with free accommodation (hotel room and three meals per day) for two persons for two days.
Competitors who are not invited by the promoter may participate in each event; however they will have to cover all of their own expenses.
All participating competitors must be members in good standings of their National Federation.
Bodybuilders who currently are not members of their National Federations will have to apply for the membership first. They should provide their personal data, the history of their competitive career two passport-type photos and few stage photos from their latest appearance. They should declare if they want to participate in the spring events (May – June) or in the autumn events (October – December).
Each competitor will have to pay his annual license fee of EUR 100 to the EBFF.
Minimum guaranteed prize money distribution:
1st place: EUR 3 000
2nd place: EUR 1 500
3rd place: EUR 1 000
4th place: EUR 800
5th place EUR 700
Places 6th to 10th: EUR 400
Places 11th to 15th: EUR 200
Each TOUR event will be judged by seven highly qualified EBFF international judges: two from the host country and five from other countries.
All European National Federations can prepare a list of its national bodybuilders who want to participate in this TOUR. These lists should be sent to the EBFF headquarter till March 31st, 2006.
After receiving the list of competitors nominated to this TOUR by National Federations, The E²CT Management Committee, in cooperation with the local organizers, will issue invitations. Then the list of competitors for each event will be announced. Additional athletes with E²CT license can compete, covering their accommodation expenses, if they have permission of their National Federation and the acceptance of the Management Committee.
Each competitor intended to participate in the EECT TOUR may also participate in all EBFF/IFBB amateur events.

Tour”, Prizes: Men Bodybuilding: $15 000, Women Fitness: $5 000

Prizes: Men Bodybuilding: $15 000, Women Fitness: $5 000

More events will be added and the complete calendar will be announced at the EBFF Congress in Bratislava.
General Contest Rules:
The contests will be judged according to the current IFBB Pro League criteria,
with little modification. Precise rules will be published soon.

This year marks the 40th anniversary of bodybuilding in Estonia. Late Innar Mardo, a talented organizer, played a significant role in the histoty of Estonian bodybuilding.
This is why all events that take place on November 25 are called Innar Mardo Memorial.
There will be Estonian Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships, a high calibre international bodybuilding contest Euro Elite Champions Tour with attendance of European an World champions and Expo “In memory of Innar Mardo” where one can see the newest products of fitness industry and get information from the best specialists of their field. The day ends with Farewell Banquet.
