    tänan k&iki, kes kaasa elasid ja p6ialt hoidsid.

    Kui ma kunagi koju j6un, siis kirjutan oma blogisse vïstlustest ja emotsioonidest.

    Paakspuu kaameraga sai kokku kl¨psitud yke 500 pildi ja usun et m¨ned neist tulevad ka siia kuhugi yles.

    Kodus peab uue hooga alustama kuna tsehhis vïstlused tulekul, saaremaa mehed kolmekesi siis seal jälle vïstlustules:)

    (ei julgend sel vïstlusel väiksema särgiga riskida kuna medalid olid tähtsamad kui tulemus, tsehhis siis uue super katanaga ilmselt v6istlema)

    j6uame siis esmaspäeva hommikul laevaga eestisse!! ja katsun esmaspäeval siis selle blogisse kirja panna låhidalt mis vïstlustel ja kogu reisil toimus.

    parandan Aimarit, nagu ma aru sain oli Rait seal juba hommikul kella kümne ajal. Ja ta pidi enne katseid mitmeid proove läbi tegema… ja seeal olemine kõik väsitab…. aga paraku tehnika vedas raiti alt:D tahtmist oli…raskus ju tegelikult jõukohane … aga asjaolud ei klappinud:)

    Meie silmis on ta siiski võitja;D

    Salu Jaan tahtis ka poistele panna vist isegi 3 korda päevas trenni aga kuna pole kellegil sellist aega ss jääb ära. Meil on yks trenn nii pikk ja selle võiks jaotada vabalt mitmeks. Palju harjutusi on mis veel kavast välja jäävad:D

    7. A lifter shall be nominated in his normal bodyweight category. However, each lifter will have the option of changing categories up or down from that in which he was originally nominated on the final team nomination form. If the lifter wishes to exercise this option, he must present himself to the Chief Referee at the weigh in room ten minutes before the commencement of the weigh in for his final choice of bodyweight category. If he wishes to move up, the lifter must also report to the Chief Referee of his originally nominated lower category, ten minutes before the commencement of the weigh in for that category in order to be excused. If a lifter changes categories and the lot draw has already been carried out, then the lifter shall be placed at the top of the draw. If the lifter’s new bodyweight category is to be split into alternating groups because of the number of competitors, then unless he can produce irrefutable evidence of a total made in the new category during the preceding twelve months at a National or International level, he will automatically be placed in the first group to lift. It is also courteous to let the Chief Referee from ones originally nominated class know of the move, he may not have received the information or to have been in the vicinity of the venue at the time.

    Example (a) – A lifter nominated at 90 kg wishes to lift at 82.5 kg. He must present himself to the Chief Referee of the 82.5 kg category ten minutes before the commencement of the weigh in for that category.

    Example (<img decoding=” srcset=”/uploads/emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x” width=”20″ height=”20″> – A lifter nominated at 90kg wishes to lift at 100kg. He must report to the Chief Referee of the 90kg category ten minutes before the weigh in commences and state that he wishes to move up into the 100kg category and therefore does not wish to weigh in. He must then also present himself to the Chief Referee of the 100kg category ten minutes before the commencement of the weigh in for that category. It is the responsibility of the lifter to know the bodyweight category for which he was originally nominated. A claim that an error had been made on the final nomination form will not be accepted. In the case where groups are formed e.g. A – B and or C in a particular weight class, and the B and C group lift earlier in the day to that of the A group, any lifter moving up from his nominated weight category at the Technical Meeting, must present himself ten minutes before the scales open for his nominated category and inform the officials of his intentions. Any lifter changing weight categories will be placed in the C group if groups are split into three, or the B group if split into two.

    isegi minul on kykk parem kui tõmme:) hetkel kyll 5kilo vahet:D Olen Sagoriga nõus…. tõmbes ei anna trikoo tõesti palju juurde ja seal tuleb mehe tegelik jõud välja.

    Olen tähele pannud, et paljud mehed ei kasuta tõmbes mitte minngisugust tehnikat……lähevad lihtsalt k****a lehma seljaga tõmbama.

    ja 82s võitja alles juunior.

    eelmine aasta ukrainas juunioride EM-il tegi Miller 757,5 kg kokku nyyd ligi 100 kilo rohkem.

    Sellise väikse riigikohta nagu Eesti on meil palju healtasemel tegijaid. Aga kahjuks on selline suletud ring, inimesed kes fitness.ee kasutajad v külastajad ei oel ei pruugi teada mis alaga üldse tegu on.

    Et tuleb veel kõvasti teha tööd, et seda ala tunnustama hakataks:)

    570.39675 wilksi peaks olema…… eesti senine parim tulemus on 530 midagi tema enda nimel.

    igati tubli võistlus oli. Üllatas mind viimase tõmbega.

    Silbaumil kolmas katse läks napilt…

    minu teada see kes küki võitis sai surumises nulli.

    Mind paneb imestama 82,5 retsid tulemused…

    Mina arvan ka et kui oled algaja, siis ei ole vaja mingeid massilisajaid. Kõigepealt katsu loomuliku arengu piir kätte saada.
