MemberSeda asja ma üldiselt tean, mingi uhmo ma siin ei ole. Tegelikult olen seda päris paju uurinud. Isiklikult meeldib kõige rohkem see varjant:
1 Your first carbohydrate/creatine drink should be consumed during the last 10 minutes of your work out.
2 Another creatine/carb serving should be taken within the next 30 minutes after the workout.
3 Combine another creatine/carb serving with a large serving of whey protein within that hour after the workout.
4 Always drink water in excess, especially when using these supplements.
5 Eat a high carb/protein meal within 2 hours after the workout
6 Don’t take creatine at any other time
