    ma ei tea pole nagu lambist yhejala kykke eriti viitsind teha. kykke tehes pead iagatahes jalad nagu 100% soojaks tegema…vastasel juhul hakkad mees tundma mis t2hendab valu…hehe usu mind tean omast peast

    v2ga lyhikesed seeriad annavad j6udu, sest siis sa nö 6pid kasutama korraga k6iki oma lihasrakke..yhes6naga maksimaalne pingutus..noh siis veidi pikemad seeriad 6-10 need teevad nagu pumpa ja sellest veel pikemad on juba vastupidavuse teema…PS!k6ik see on vaieldamatult vaieldav
