World Class (Sweden) and Coral Club organize yoga course for instructors all levels. It’s intensive 3 day education. You will get material – manuals, books, photo-exercise booklets. After the course you get international certificate in English.
Education content:
– Teaching skills
– Yoga History
– Breathing techniques
– Class-structure
– Poses, asanas and exercises
– Music analysis
– Master Classes
– Guidlines for programming
After the course you will recieve a diploma which works international. You learn how to prepare and teach several levels of yoga classes. You will have feedback on your own technique but focus will be on pedagogy, class structure and leadership.
