    Kas täistera kaeral ja kiirkaerahelbel on vahet? Poes müüakse Nordic kiirkaerahelbeid ja siis eesti täistera kaera. Kas neil on mingi erinevus? Kummal parem toiteväärtus?

    Üldiselt on kõik täistera tooted parema toiteväärtusega.
