Hello all and congrats for the forum. Sorry to post in English but i am not estonian.
About the competition in Estonia for 2017 is confirmed at 30 April? I have some questions to do about the category men´s physique
Do you have the 4 classes? 170 174 178 +178?
There is necessary some requirement or is just normal register on the competition day?
The indications are in english or estonian?

You need to fill in application (“Võistleja litsentsi taotluse ankeet“) and pay annual fee 50€, your sports club will sign you up.
Annual fee allows you to participate all local competitions (usually 2 times per year) without any additional cost.

Yes, first you have to and find a club who is member of the federation (if the one you are training is not)- because all competidors are representing specific fitness club
