Tere, mul ostetud purk kreatiini umbes pool aastat või isegi rohkem tagasi. lahti tehtud ja nüüd seisnud. Säilimiskuupäev on 04.2017 kas lahti tehtult ka säilib nii kaua. Võin seda julgelt manustada?
