Arnold Classic 2015 – Dexter Jackson Trains Back 6.5 Weeks Out
2008 Mr. Olympia Dexter Jackson trains back with Charles Glass at the MECCA, Golds Gym Venice 6.5 weeks out from the 2015 Arnold Classic in Columbus, OH. His goal this year is to win his 5th Arnold title & he thinks he has a good shot at it. In this video, Charles explains why they chose each exercise & what area of the back it targets. Dexter also talks about the tour after the Olympia & his break from training around the holidays.
Aaron Clark Road To The Arnold: 6 Weeks Out – In this video we get to see Aaron Clark and PJ Braun take a trip to Dr. Nick’s office to get much needed therapy and treatment. They make a quick stop at the sushi buffet and Aaron practices his mandatory poses with assistance from Aaron Singerman and PJ Braun [note: posing part in the end]
