IFBB Pro bodybuilder Johnnie O. Jackson trains back eight weeks out from his season debut at the 2014 Dallas Europa SuperShow. Johnnie had three top five finishes last year, and is no doubt looking to do the same this year. He’s working with prep coach Dennis James, and shares a little about where he is in his prep right now.
He’s joined by his client, NPC competitor TJ Clark, who is getting ready for the USA’s. TJ took ninth at the USA’s in the Super Heavyweight last year, but looks to be on track to move up to the supers.

IFBB pro bodybuilder Johnnie Jackson heads back to the first place he trained after getting out of the military – Stroud’s Fitness. There he teamed up with his friend J.D Stewart for an Arm workout just 8 weeks out from his 2014 season debut – the IFBB Dallas Europa.Here Johnnie Jackson is 7 weeks out from the 2014 Dallas Europa Pro and Branch Warren just returned from Australia. Together they get in a shoulder workout with the Original Metroflex in Arlington as their setting. As you can imagine, there is no shortage of hardcore lifting.
Fouad Abiad little less than 6 weeks out. Fouad is coming together nicely and I’m sure with his work ethic and his discipline he won’t let anything stop him from being at his best come contest time. Look for Fouad to really make an impact at the first show he will step on stage in Dallas for the Europa Super show May 10th.

Fouad Abiad 1 week out and I say he will be ready to bring it to Dallas. Probably one of the hardest working guys in bodybuilding Fouad is ready to bring it and is looking forward to being back on stage. I’m very happy with where Fouad is at this point and I’m sure the final week will do exactly what it suppose to, so look for an very dangerous Fouad who will be a fighting warrior on that stage.

This close to competition, Branch Warren has one thing on his mind – to qualify for the Olympia. He was all business with the recording of his back workout, 9 days out from the IFBB Dallas Europa 2014. Men’s open BB // prejudging TOP
MEN’S OPEN: THE TOP FIVEThe first five man callout comprised Fouad Abiad, Johnnie Jackson, An Nguyen, Daniel Toth and Branch Warren, and its’ pretty clear they will fill those top spots. Here’s a notebook guide to how that quintet looked.
Fouad Abiad: Was in his best ever shape being conditioned and full throughout, and looked to maybe be leading the field until the comparisons; Where like Abbaspour in the 212’s he faded a little.
Johnnie Jackson: looked a little down in size but his legs were best ever giving him much better balance. And he was ripped and had that side chest and great back.
An Nguyen: Absolutely tremendous width with great structure and proportions. If he can fill out that frame and keep the waist tight then look out.
Daniel Toth: The biggest and most powerful physique in the contest. Denser and tighter than his recent outing in Orlando. Absolutely huge in a variety of shots and was conditioned – front and back. Thick waist is only drawback and I would have liked to have seen him stand next to Branch, Johnnie or Fouad. As it was, of the top five, he only stood next to An.
Branch Warren: Legs better than for some time as was the whole Warren physique. Well, conditioned from the front, not so much from the back where the separation is of the surface type only. One anomaly was his right lat insertion looking injured and higher than the left.
Based on callouts it looks like the top three will be Fouad, Johnnie and Branch with the latter two fighting for top spot. But it’s only half-time. Check back tomorrow on musculardevelopment.com for the Finals and find out who will be the 2014 Dallas Europa Champion.

Men’s BB -212 // prejudging // the TOP
212 DIVISION: IS IT MY GUY OR MBOYA?After the 14 competitors had completed their opening poses it looked like a thick and full Baito Abbaspour (having dropped into this division from the open under the tutelage of Dennis James) would be hard to beat. But during the comparison round he just went through the motions with a noticeable lack of energy; maybe as a result of dropping weight too quickly, who knows? Anyway that left the door open and Guy Cisterino and Canada’s Mboya Edwards walked through it. Looks like it’s a battle between Guy’s shape, round muscle proportions and condition against Mboya’s thickness and condition.
