IFBB Pro Guy Cisternino trains back just 10 weeks out from the New York Pro 2014. Even though Guy is starting to cut down, he still keeps his training heavy and intense. You’ll see him use a couple exercises he learned from IFBB Pro and Guru Charles Glass and hear him call out a top three 212 Arnold Classic competitor.

IFBB Pros Guy Cisternino and Marco Rivera train biceps and triceps just 5 weeks out from the 2014 New York Pro. A main emphasis with this video is that both Guy and Marco don’t train biceps and triceps all that heavy compared to when they train heavy for the larger muscle groups. Guy has tried heavy weight in the past for his arms, but they get a lot of secondary work from training chest, shoulders and back, so lighter, more focused training has helped them grow.
