    Recommended Use: The quickest method of increasing muscle creatine stores appears to be to consume 20-30 grams/day (~0.3 grams/kg/day) of creatine monohydrate for at least 5 days followed by 10 grams/day thereafter to maintain elevated stores.

    1.Loading stage (for the first 5 days): Take two servings of API CDX daily, one in the morning when you wake up, and the other immediately after your workout. If you are not training that day, have the first serving in the morning when you wake up, and the second serving 12 hours later.

    Laadimisperioodil (viis päeva) võta kaks serveeringut (üks serveering 70grammi) päevas, esimene serveering hommikul kui ärkad ja teine serveering peale trenni. Kui pole trenni päev siis võta esimene serveering hommikul ja teine 12h hiljem.

    Peale laadimist võta üks serveering peale trenni, kui pole trennipäev siis võta kohe hommikul.

    Kogus on alati 70grammi, laadimisperioodil 2x70g päevas ja peale laadimist 1x70g päevas.
