    On kellegil äkki pakkuda seda kaela treenimiseks mõeldud ”mütsi” , kuhu riputatakse ketiga ketas vms. otsa.

    Põhimõtteliselt saaks selle ju ise kellegil valmis teha lasta. Raamatus Kulturism kõigile on näiteks vandil ketas mingi pealaga kaelas…
