    Küsimused:

    Mille poolest erinevad need 2 A-vitamiini, on need mingid eri liigid sellel vitamiinil, mis erinevused neil on (üks on “väärtuslikum” v-<img decoding=” srcset=”/uploads/emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x” width=”20″ height=”20″>, ja kui kirjanduses viidatakse A-vitamiin isisaldusele maasikas, kas siis mõeldakse selle all nende kahe A-rea summat seal või, ala, et sisaldus on 27+3=30?

    Vitamin and mineral amounts are usually expressed in milligrams (mg) or micrograms (mcg).

    Vitamin A values are expressed in different ways.

    The nutriment was originally measured in I.U (international unit) but in 1974 the United States began using a measurement called Retinol Equivalents (REs).

    1 RE = 1 mcg. of retinol

    1 RE = 6 mcg. of beta-carotene

    1 RE = 3.333 U.I of vitamin A
